About Us

KT brings over a decade of experience as a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) to KT Consulting. Her diverse career path spans veterinary medicine, marine biology, and conservation. She now applies this unique background to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions in wetland and stream delineation, shoreline and habitat assessments, mitigation design, project planning, and environmental permitting.

At KT Consulting, she is committed to helping clients navigate complex regulatory processes with clarity and confidence, ensuring projects move forward with both environmental integrity and efficiency.

Outside of her professional work, KT is a proud mother of two and an advocate for Autism Awareness. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Sarah brings nearly 20 years of experience in business operations and administrative leadership to KT Consulting. With a foundation in communication studies and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, she has built a well-rounded background spanning accounting, office management, people operations, and marketing. 

At KT Consulting, Sarah leads business operations, developing systems, processes, and client-focused solutions that support efficient, high-quality project delivery.

Outside of work, Sarah is a proud wife and mom of two. She enjoys coastal trips, family game nights, and exploring watercolor painting.
